1/2 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Hickory Smoked Almonds All-Natural
2 Tbsp Hot Red Pepper Jelly
1 Head Endive
Separate endive leaves into separate "cups".
Chop almonds.
Top each leaf with a little cottage cheese, a few almonds, and a drizzle of hot pepper jelly.
Serve.
