4 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2/3 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 8x4" loaf pan with coconut oil.
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Add the sugar, vanilla, and water and mix well.
In a separate medium bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Pour the flour mixture into the bananas and mix well.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing.
