1 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato
4 Cup Vegetable Broth
4 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
1/2 Head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
Bring veggie broth to a boil while you chop the potatoes
Add potatoes then chop cabbage and mince garlic and mix them into broth
Add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer until cabbage is soft ~30 min
Garnish with chives
