Ingredients

1/2 Block Tofu
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
0 Tsp Pepper
1 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread

Directions

Crumble tofu.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add all ingredients and stir until combined.

Cook about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Toast bread and serve tofu scramble on top.
