1/4 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/2 Cup Pinto Beans
1/4 Cup strips or slices Carrots
1/4 Cup Corn
Combine everything except the corn, beans and salsa and toss with the parsely and cilantro.
Mix together the pinto beans, corn, salsa and top the salad
