1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
1/4 Cup Salsa


Mix egg white and cheese

Coat a non-stick pan with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.

Pour egg mixture in and cook to desired doneness.

Toast bread.

Top toasted bread with the cooked egg whites.

Top with salsa and enjoy!
