2 Cup shredded Lettuce
1/4 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1/2 Fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
4 Oz Pink Salmon
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1 Serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
Chop vegetables and place in a bowl.
Mix salmon with mayonnaise and seasoning blend.
Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt, and onion powder together and mix thoroughly for dressing.
Place salmon salad on top of vegetables and drizzle with dressing.
