1 Cup Mushrooms
3 Cup 1/2" pieces Green Beans
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 450F
Wash vegetables, chop the mushrooms
Toss vegetables with olive oil, vinegar, parmesan cheese and salt and peppr to taste
Roast for 20-30 minutes
