2 Cup, whole Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Parsley
5 Cloves, minced Garlic
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
If mushrooms are really large, halve them lengthwise
Toss mushrooms with chopped parsley, garlic, lemon juice
Place in dish, drizzle with olive oil
Bake 15 minutes at 450 F
