Ingredients

1/2 Cup Brown Rice
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1/4 Oz (14 halves) Walnuts
1 Oz Feta Cheese
1 Oz (60 raisins) Raisins
1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Prepare rice as per package directions; set aside to cool.

Chop spring onions, crumble walnuts and feta and then mix up all ingredients until well combined.
