1 Serving Sardines In Tomato Sauce
2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Prepare rice as per package directions.

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Crack the egg and cook until yolk reaches desired doneness.
Warm the sardines with tomato sauce in the microwave until heated through.
In a bowl place the cooked rice.
Top with warmed sardine, egg, and crushed red pepper flakes.
