Ingredients

4 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Small raw Red Onion
5 Cup, chopped Red Cabbage
1 1/3 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Thinly slice onion and cabbage, chop cilantro leaves.

Place lime juice, salt, onion and cabbage in a large bowl; use your hands to mix everything together until cabbage is slightly softened.

Stir in cilantro and serve.
