2 Cup Coconut Meat
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
5 Tbsp Cocoa
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Salt
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well mixed, scraping down the sides as needed.
You want to make sure that all ingredients are incorporated; it will be thick.
Roll into little balls with your hands, or scoop some dough out, and plop down on a wax paper.
Chill in the freezer or fridge.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
