2 Tsp Tomato Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
1 1/4 Sheets Toasted Seaweed Nori
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Cup Coleslaw
1 Tsp Liquid Aminos
Cook 1/2 cup quinoa as per package directions (yield: 1.
5 cup)
Lay Nori on cutting board, shiny side down.
Spread a small spoonful of vegan mayonnaise and chili sauce onto nori sheets.
Spread a scoop of quinoa onto nori sheet.
Slice avocado and add to nori sheet.
Add a handful of coleslaw mix.
Roll tightly and add soy sauce (or liquid aminos) to seal.
Carefully slice and and enjoy.
