1/2 Cup Quinoa
1/2 Large Pears
1/2 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2/3 Oz Greek Yogurt
Cook quinoa according to package directions.
Cover to keep warm.
Cut apple and pear into chunks.
In a small bowl, toss fruit chunks with cinnamon.
Microwave, uncovered, for one minute.
Spoon 1/2 quinoa each into the bottom of two bowls or dessert dishes.
Add half of the fruit mixture, and then 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
Add the rest of the quinoa to the dish, and another 1/4 cup yogurt.
Top with remaining fruit and serve.
