2 1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Quinoa
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Rinse rice/quinoa blend thoroughly.
In medium saucepan, add 2 1/2 cups water and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Bring water to a boil.
Stir in 1 cup of the quinoa/rice blend.
Bring water back up to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving.
