1 Tbsp Celery
3 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Sour Cream
1 Tsp Plain Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
3 Oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast
4 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
2 Leaf outer Lettuce


In a bowl mix the celery, onion, mustard, sour cream, yogurt, and pepper.

Mix in the chicken.

Spread half of the mixture on a slice of bread.

Top with a lettuce leaf and then with another slice of bread.

Repeat with the rest of the mixture to make a second sandwich.
