Ingredients

2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
3 1/3 Cup Oat Flour
1 3/4 Cup Pumpkin
4 Large Egg White
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Package Sweetener, Herbal Extract Powder From Stevia Leaf

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray a 9x13 inch Pyrex dish with non-stick spray.

Combine first 11 ingredients and mix well.

Add the final 2 ingredients and mix together well.

Spread batter into the Pyrex dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool.

Then cut into 30 squares.
