1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Pumpkin
1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 2/3 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Tsp Maple Syrups
1 Oz (19 halves per) Pecans
1 Oz (60 raisins) Raisins
In a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl, combine the oats and water.
Microwave for two minutes.
Remove oats from the microwave and stir in the canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice, protein powder, and maple syrup.
Top with raisins and pecans.
