4 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Maple Syrups
2 Oz Organic Coconut Flour
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Whisk the eggs, canned pumpkin, vanilla, and maple syrup together.
Add the dry ingredients and melted coconut oil to the mix.
Grease the skillet and heat over medium.
Spoon the batter into the skillet to make the desired size.
Flip once when bottom is golden brown and cook until both sides are evenly browned.
