Ingredients

1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Muscle Milk Light
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Oz (14 halves) Walnuts

Directions

Cook oatmeal in the water and milk until tender, about 5-10 minutes (or to preference).

Stir in protein powder, adding more liquid if needed.

Stir in cinnamon.

Top oatmeal with banana and nuts.
