Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Allspice
1 Oz Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Extra large Egg
1 Large Egg White
1/2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Aspartame
5 1/2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powde

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a bread pan with nonstick spray.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing.
