1 1/2 Cup Raspberries
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
2 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
Blend together the raspeberries, milk and protein powder until smooth.
It kind of turns into a thick paste.
Take out the blade attachment and put in the whisk attachment.
Whisk together with the egg white for 5 minutes until it gains volume.
