Ingredients

1 Medium Pears
1 Oz Italian Prosciutto
1 Oz Blue Cheese

Directions

Core pear and cut into wedges.

Cut prosciutto slices into strips so you have one slice for each wedge of pear.

Place piece of blue cheese against slice of pear, and wrap with slice of prosciutto.

Serve, and store extra in covered in refrigerator.
