5 Fruit without refuse Passion-Fruit
3 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 Large Egg White
3 Cup Sugar
3 Cup Coconut Meat
Mix together the passion fruit pulp (keep a little extra for topping), yogurt, and sour cream.
Spoon into little glasses or espresso cups.
Chill until needed
To make the macaroons: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the egg whites, sugar, and coconut.
Place spoonfuls of the mixture on a greased baking tray.
Bake for about 10 minutes until coconut begins to turn golden brown, then remove from oven and cool.
To serve: Top the yogurt mixture with the extra pulp and serve with the macaroons.
