1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Small Onions
1/2 Cup, chunks Pineapple
1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Lime yields Lime Juice
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
Cook the shrimp with olive oil, salt and pepper over medium heat until bright pink and cooked through.
