1 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
2 Strip Bacon
1 Tbsp Pico De Gallo

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook bacon until desired cripiness.

Chop cooked bacon.

Grease a non-stick cupcake pan.

Put pico de gallo and chopped bacon in cupcake pan.

Pour egg white around it.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until egg is set.
