Ingredients

1 Small Red Bell Pepper
1 Slice Wheat Bread
2 Tbsp Hummus
2 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed
2 Cup Spinach

Directions

Cut peppers into strips.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add peppers and cook on stove top for about 5 minutes.

Toast the wheat bread and then spread hummus, flax seeds, and spinach on top

Lastly add the peppers.
