Ingredients

1 Cloves, minced Garlic
3 Medium (5-1/8" long x 3" dia) Papayas
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 1/2 Cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions

Directions

Chop scallion.

Cut papaya and pineapple into small cubes.
