1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
3 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 Medium Carrots
1/2 Head small (4" dia.) Cauliflower
1 Bunch Broccoli
1 Lb Ground Beef
1/4 Tsp Sage
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Tsp Thyme
Melt coconut oil in a wok (or large sauté pan) over medium heat.
Dice onion, garlic and jalapeño pepper and add to the wok.
Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
While cooking, dice celery carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
Add celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.
Break the ground beef into pieces and stir to combine.
Season with a sprinkling of dried sage, turmeric, sea salt, black pepper and fresh thyme.
Stir to mix all ingredients together well.
When ground beef is fully cooked and cauliflower & broccoli are tender, your stir fry is ready.
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
