Ingredients

1 Small (2-3/4" dia) Apples
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup, chopped Pecans
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Dice apple.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix thoroughly.

Cover bowl and store in refrigerator overnight.
