1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2/3 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Salt
Combine old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk (or 2% milk), honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of coarse salt in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and add any toppings.
