32 Oz Ground Beef
2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Sage
2 Tsp Coriander Seed
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400F (204C).
Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onions and all the spices using your hands.
Form into 2-inch balls and arrange on sheet pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
