4 Oz Traditional Seitan
1 Tbsp Ginger Root
1 Fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 1/2 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
Stir fry ginger and seitan in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, squeeze orange juice from orange.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over seitan and cook until thickened.
