Ingredients

6 Oz Ground Chicken
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Oats
1 Stalk Onions
1 1 Tbsp Red Bell Pepperr
1/4 Medium Zucchini
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Dash Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a patty.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Spray with non-stick spray.

Cook patty for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown, cooked through, and no longer pink.
