1 Small Onions
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Fruit Pineapple
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
2 Cup slices Yambean (Jicama)
1 Tbsp Vinega
PREPARATION: Peel and dice pineapple.
Peel jicama and cut into 1/4-inch pieces.
Cut avocado into cubes.
Thinly slice onion.
Toss together all ingredients with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
