2/3 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
4 Large Egg White

2 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
Place all cherry tomatoes in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Add tomato purée to a non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
Add chili powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until all water is evaporated (around 8 minutes).
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add eggs to tomato mixture.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until eggs have separated from the side of the pan.
Place egg mixture into wraps and enjoy!
