Ingredients

2 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Salsa

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in the lemon juice and salt.

Place in casserole dish or other baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until no pink remains.

Change oven to broil and bake just until the top and edges begin to brown.

Serve with salsa.

Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
