2 Lb Chicken Breast
1 Package (10 oz) Spinach
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onions
8 Oz Cream Cheese
4 Oz Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Strip Bacon
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1/2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cook bacon in a nonstick pan.
Remove bacon and reserve drippings.
Chop chicken into cubes and cook in batches in the bacon drippings.
Set chicken aside.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Defrost spinach according to package directions and drain off as much liquid as possible.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and spices and mix thoroughly in a large bowl.
In the bowl combine the cream cheese mixture you just made with the chicken, spinach, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 the crumble bacon and mix well.
Dump into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bacon on top.
Bake until hot about 35 minutes.
