1 Cup Lentils
1/2 Cup, chopped Hazelnuts Or Filberts
3/4 Small Pears
1/4 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Cup Arugula
1/2 Fl oz Newman'S Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette


Rinse lentils.

Bring water to boil; add lentils.

Return to boil, cover, and reduce heat to a gentle boil.

Let cook for about 20 minutes until lentils are soft and tender.

Chop pears.

Toss lentils in a large bowl with pears, hazelnuts, feta, and arugula.

Top with balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy!
