4 Oz Rice Noodles
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
0 Tsp Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger
2 Clove Garlic
1 Sprig Parsley
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add the rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Blend the peanut butter, coconut milk, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, ginger, garlic, and parsley until smooth.
Add sauce to noodles and stir until evenly distributed.
