Ingredients

0 Sheets Seaweed
1 Can Tuna
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
2 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
1/4 Cup, cubes Avocados

Directions

Mix tuna, mayonnaise and cilantro in a bowl.

Place Nori seaweed sheet on a sushi mat with the rough non shiny side facing up.

If you do not have a sushi mat, lay the sheet on a piece of plastic wrap laid out on the counter.

Spread tuna mixture on bottom half of sheet.

Line avocado slices alongside the tuna.

Using the mat (or plastic wrap) roll the sheet over the tuna until it is rolled into a cylinder.

Apply a little pressure until the roll holds together on it’s own, then release it from the rolling mat.

Take a very sharp knife and slice the roll into approximately 6 pieces.

Dot the top of each roll with a bit of Siriachi sauce.
