6 Chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw Pork Center Rib (Chops)
1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 Tsp Salt


Heat a frying pan to medium.

Pour Italian dressing in a bowl.

Pour parmesan cheese and seasoning blend into a separate bowl.

Dip each cutlet first in italian dressing and then in parmesan cheese and seasoning blend, coating each side.

Cook cutlets in pan for about 15 minutes or until cooked though.
