9 Extra large Egg
3/4 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
9 Strip Bacon
9 Oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/4 Cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
Preheat Oven to 350 F.
Add a slice of cooked bacon to each space in a nonstick muffin tin.
Mix the eggs, cream, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
Evenly distribute into 12 muffin cavities.
Add a few chopped or sliced jalapenos to each muffin.
Bake for at least 15-20 minutes, maybe more depending on your oven.
Store uneaten muffins in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
