1 Tsp Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup, chopped Kale
5 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper
2 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes
2 Dash Salt
2 Dash Pepper
3 Small Egg
1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
Heat pan to medium heat.
Put in 1 tsp of coconut oil.
Put chopped vegetables into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
After 3-5 minutes, put in the beaten raw egg and scramble in the pan.
Serve in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Garnish with cashews.
