1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp, ground Thyme
1/2 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
2 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
24 Oz Chicken Breast


Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; add chicken, tossing to coat.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Coat pan with cooking spray.

Add chicken to pan; cook 4-7 minutes.

Turn chicken over; cook 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Serve hot and enjoy!
