Ingredients

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cup, sliced Onions
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Cup slices Apples
4 Cup, shredded Cabbage
1/4 Cup Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Suga

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the oil and heat it until it shimmers.

Add onions, cinnamon, black pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes or until onions soften and start to brown at the edges.

Reduce heat to medium-low.

Add apples and cook about 3 minutes.

Add cabbage and cook about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine vinegar, sugar, and other half of the salt.

Add to the pan and cook about 5 minutes longer, until cabbage is tender.
