1 Small Radishes
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
0 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/4 Cup Arugula
2 Slice Wheat Bread
1 Wedge yields Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Hummus
Slice cucumber, radish, and avocado.
Toast bread.
Spread toast hummus, top with cucumber, radish, avocado.
Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
Top with arugula and lemon juice.
Serve.
