2 Slice Rye Bread
2 Tbsp Hummus
1 Slice Pickles
1 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
1 Leaf outer Lettuce
2 Tbsp Beets
Spread hummus onto slices of bread.
Top one slice of bread with the slice betts, pickles, tomato, and lettuce.
Finish with remaining slice of bread.
