1 1/2 Stick Butter
8 0 Oz Caster Sugar (Coles)
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Wheat Flou


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir butter, sugar, honey, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter has melted and mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a large bowl.

Cool to room temperature.

Stir in egg, vanilla, and flour.

Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.

5 inches apart on two oven trays lined with baking paper and gently flatten with a fork.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool on trays.
